XTGlobal is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in India.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven experience in technology services sales, familiar with the sales environment and clientele in India, and capable of leading a team to achieve growth targets.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals that drive revenue.

This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker and a go-getter, capable of taking initiatives and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in India.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored proposals that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales activity, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements to ensure XTGlobal remains competitive.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in technology services sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing business in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape with a focus in digital transformation particularly in areas such as ERP (Oracle, etc), Microsoft, Cloud Services, RPA, Low-code platforms, AI etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong network within the Indian business ecosystem, with experience in managing C-level relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
