Mr. Ramarao Atchuta Mullapudi
Managing Director and Promoter
Rama founded XTGlobal in 1998 to provide IT Consulting and Software Solutions to businesses throughout the United States. Over time, he led the firm through multi-fold growth into one of the fastest growing private companies in the USA. In 2006, with a successful acquisition of an Accounts Payable SaaS product, Rama expanded XTGlobal to India by setting up a delivery Centre in Hyderabad, India. Rama was successful in listing XTGlobal in Bombay Stock Exchange in India.
Rama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications. He was a Graduate of Harvard Business School OPM Program and is a Harvard Business School Alumni.

Sreedevi actively participates in the day-to-day affairs of the Company. She is serving her second tenure as a Whole-time Director in the Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has expertise in Management and operations of the company.

Narasimha Raju is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. He has about 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, and finance. He served as partner in M/s Kalidindi Associates, and as a Partner in M/s Manohar Chowdry Associates, one of the leading audit firms in India. He was also a Finance Controller at Wall Tracts LLC, one of the leading Interior furnishing companies in UAE, and as Director and Partner at Abatera Management Consultants, an Auditing and Business Consultancy firm in UAE. Presently he is practicing as a Chartered Accountant in Hyderabad.

Jagannatha Prasad is an Associate Member of the Institute of Automotive Engineers. He worked as a Service Engineer in Bajaj Tempo Ltd. Pune for 3 years. He served about 31 years with Transport and Panchayatraj Departments of Government of Andhra Pradesh. He also worked as General Manager at Godavari Plywood Ltd. for about 3 years.
Prasad holds a Bachelor’s in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada.

Srinivas Raju was the Promoter and CEO of Network Objects Inc. a US based IT/ITES Corporation. He had 15+ years of experience in IT/ITES Industry prior to establishment of Network Objects Inc.
Srinivas Raju has an M.S in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Srinivasa Pendyala has over two decades of experience and demonstrates outstanding business, technical and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in healthcare. He is the co-founder of Hexplora and is also a President of Infowave Systems Inc. Prior to joining Infowave Systems, Mr. Srinivas was Chief Technical Architect at Quovadx and Practice Director at Oracle Corporation.
He holds an MBA from IIM - Bangalore and a BS in Engineering from IIT - Chennai, India.
