Alma John is a seasoned executive in the technology services and consulting industry with over 15 years of experience. She brings a wealth of expertise in technology sales, finance, strategy and operations as well as a deep understanding of outsourcing and the North American market.

Alma has been with XTGlobal since 2005 in several roles. She heads the offshore Consulting Services division and is considered a thought leader and trusted client advisor to many of our strategic clients. She has successfully led and executed a partnership-driven model with key Go-to-Market partners in technology. Alma is responsible for spearheading several initiatives that have propelled XTGlobal’s growth over the past 15 years and diversified its service offerings and operating models globally.

Alma holds an MBA Degree specializing in finance and marketing from Christ College, Bangalore, India (currently Christ University). She is also the co-founder of Klè Mare - Clear tide, a non-profit that provides education and training to underprivileged children in Haiti.
