Subba Rao is the General Manager (HR & Admin) at Xenosoft Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (XTGlobal). He has 22 years of experience in marketing, HR and administration functions in major companies such as M/s Transport Corporation of India Limited and M/s The Andhra Petrochemicals Limited (company collaborated with M/s Davy Macky London Limited and promoted by M/s The Andhra Sugars Limited). He has been in charge of Payroll and administration of XTGlobal’s Indian operations ever since he joined the company in March of 2011.

Subba Rao has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) and an MBA in Finance from Andhra University.
